Job summary

Partner company in Ireland is seeking a CRO Executive to join a team of experienced CRO consultants, designers, and developers. You will identify opportunities, translate insights into measurable improvements, and support from discovery through delivery.

You’ll grow toward owning optimization roadmaps, leading client meetings, and steering accounts while working with leading ecommerce brands in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and ownership-oriented mindset with initiative.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into recommendations.
• Experience with Shopify and GA4 or similar analytics tools.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Genuine interest in Ecommerce and conversion rate optimization.
• Desire to grow toward CRO Consultant role and client leadership.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics and industry analysis.
• Develop clear, evidence-based recommendations with impact.
• Help build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact and effort.
• Determine approaches for opportunities including A/B tests or design changes.
• Own initiatives from briefing through implementation and review.
• Coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams.
• Participate in client meetings and provide updates and agendas.
• Progress toward leading client meetings and accounts.
