Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Analyst (CX) based in Ireland. This role centers on using data to guide product decisions, owning the product metrics framework, and ensuring reliable definitions for key numbers that matter.

You will collaborate with Product and functional leaders to investigate anomalies, design and analyze A/B tests, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that drive growth in a distributed, highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of statistics and probability with real-world applications.
• Advanced data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization using MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
• Experience applying marketing and product metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with ownership of data quality and metric consistency.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear, consistent definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards with Data Engineering for reliable reporting.
• Collaborate with product leads to investigate fluctuations and anomalies.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Validate hypotheses through quantitative analysis and prioritize problems by impact.
• Design and analyze A/B tests including sample size and MDE.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments.
• Maintain archive of experiments with actionable recommendations.
• Identify data quality issues before they affect decisions.
