Job summary

Output Sports seeks a Digital Growth Manager to own inbound revenue growth for the Ireland/UK market, with remote or hybrid work options. You will drive qualified traffic and improve the conversion from website visit to demo submission, then to sales conversations and pipeline.

You will lead CRO, analytics, and reporting using Webflow, HubSpot and GA4 to optimise every step of the inbound journey. A strong track record in B2B inbound growth is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital growth, CRO, inbound marketing or related role.
• Proven track record increasing qualified website traffic and improving conversions.
• Experience optimising conversion journeys, landing pages, forms and CTAs.

Responsibilities

• Drive qualified inbound traffic by identifying audiences, channels and content with highest commercial value.
• Own website performance, CRO, landing pages and forms to improve conversion.
• Optimize inbound journey from visit to demo submission to sales conversation with data-driven improvements.
• Grow inbound pipeline focusing on quality and progression to deals.
• Provide digital insight and reporting across traffic, submissions, conversions and pipeline.
