Job summary

Tricel in Ireland is seeking a Marketing Project Delivery Manager to steer a portfolio of marketing projects bridging marketing and development processes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and leveraging CRM and marketing automation.

You will lead a cross-functional team, implement lean/agile practices, optimise conversions across channels, and report to the Group Head of Marketing, with opportunities to work across countries.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in marketing and development
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience with marketing CRM and automation tools
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workload of design and development team
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects and tech infra
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility of initiatives
• Lead cross-functional programmes to improve conversion across channels
• Onboard new team members to CRM and marketing tech stack
• Lead daily stand-ups and manage risks and blockers
• Provide reports on timelines, budgets, and outcomes
• Develop and maintain marketing SOPs and best practices
