Yuno Energy in Ireland is seeking a Commercial Operations Support Advisor who is highly motivated and detail-oriented. You will be at the forefront of delivering seamless customer experiences and helping establish new processes in a growing team, reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager.

In this full-time role, you will field calls and emails, log cases in the CRM, support onboarding, and assist with internal data change requests in collaboration with ESB and GNI.

Formación

• Previous customer facing support or service experience is essential.
• Excellent administration skills and background using CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Fielding customer calls and queries via phone and email.
• Log and update customer cases within the Commercial CRM.
• Support customer onboarding.
• Exception handling.
• Processing internal queries relating to customer and broker data change requests in the CRM
• Supporting internal teams with process queries, submitting meter works requests and customer-provided meter reads with ESB and GNI.
