Job summary

CPM International is seeking a dedicated Operations Resource to support the Electric Ireland account. You will process and manage the full lifecycle of sales on internal platforms, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and SLA compliance in every step of the customer journey.

You will own the sales pipeline from receipt to connection, perform quality calls with customers, and collaborate with the sales team to maximise conversions.

Qualifications

• 12 months+ experience in fast-paced operations or admin roles.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Customer-focused with autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Process all assigned sales orders accurately and on time daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain daily report of all orders and provide on-demand updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance in all sales processing and reporting.
• Complete quality calls with Customers to confirm order details and compliance.
• Own the sales pipeline from receipt to connection to achieve 100% connection rate.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize return of sales received to connected.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Resource to join our team, supporting the Electric Ireland account. This role is responsible for processing and managing the full lifecycle of Electric Ireland sales on internal platforms, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey, completing quality calls & sales processing within SLAs.

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

• Process all assigned sales orders accurately and on time daily, weekly, and monthly
• Maintain daily report of all orders and be able to provide on-demand updates for stake-holders, management and clients on status of all sales
• Ensure compliance in all sales processing and reporting
• Complete Quality calls with Customers to confirm details of their order and ensure compliance.
• Take ownership of the sales pipeline to ensure all sales are proactively managed from receive to connected to give 100% connection rate for the client
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong communication resulting in maximum return of sales received to connected

• Identify opportunities to add value and enhance the service provided to the sales team and the client

Required Experience & Competencies:

• At least 12 month’s experience in a fast past-paced operations or administrative role
• Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Passion for ownership of a process or workstream to deliver success through autonomy
• Ability to perform in a team environment and on own initiative
• Comfortable liaising with Customers by phone and naturally Customer centric

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in sales order management, processing and/or reporting
• Experience within the Utilities sectors, either sales based or operations/admin
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision
• Problem solving skills
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• Commitment to process and account improvements through constructive critical appraisal of role
