Job summary

CPM Ireland seeks a dedicated Operations Resource to support the Electric Ireland account. You will manage the full lifecycle of sales on internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to deliver a seamless customer journey.

The role requires ownership of processes, strong communication, and a proactive approach to sales pipeline management to achieve high connection rates with SLAs.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months’ experience in fast paced operations or admin.
• Proven experience in sales order processing and reporting.
• Experience in the Utilities sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all assigned sales orders accurately and on time daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Maintain daily report of all orders and provide on-demand updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance in all sales processing and reporting.
• Complete quality calls with customers to confirm order details.
• Own the sales pipeline to ensure proactive management from receipt to connection.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximise return of sales received to connected.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Resource to join our team, supporting the Electric Ireland account. This role is responsible for processing and managing the full lifecycle of Electric Ireland sales on internal platforms, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey, completing quality calls & sales processing within SLAs.

The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:

• Process all assigned sales orders accurately and on time daily, weekly, and monthly
• Maintain daily report of all orders and be able to provide on-demand updates for stake-holders, management and clients on status of all sales
• Ensure compliance in all sales processing and reporting
• Complete Quality calls with Customers to confirm details of their order and ensure compliance.
• Take ownership of the sales pipeline to ensure all sales are proactively managed from receive to connected to give 100% connection rate for the client
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong communication resulting in maximum return of sales received to connected

• Identify opportunities to add value and enhance the service provided to the sales team and the client

Requirements

Required Experience & Competencies:

• At least 12 month’s experience in a fast past-paced operations or administrative role
• Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Passion for ownership of a process or workstream to deliver success through autonomy
• Ability to perform in a team environment and on own initiative
• Comfortable liaising with Customers by phone and naturally Customer centric

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS (i.e. the knowledge, skills, abilities and personal characteristics required for performing the job effectively)

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in sales order management, processing and/or reporting
• Experience within the Utilities sectors, either sales based or operations/admin
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Initiative and ability to perform independently and without direct supervision

• Effective time management and organisation skills
• Commitment to process and account improvements through constructive critical appraisal of role
