Certa Ireland is seeking a Commercial Sales Agent to manage and grow its Commercial Energy portfolio from a busy call centre in Ireland. You will balance outbound and inbound activity, apply disciplined pricing, and drive profitability with strong customer retention and cross-selling of energy solutions.

Formación

• Experience in a call centre, telesales or fast paced commercial environment (B2B preferred).
• Proven ability to engage customers via phone and email, including outbound activity
• Strong commercial awareness with a disciplined, target driven approach.
• Confident communicator with good numerical and organisational skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics desirable) and Microsoft Office
• Experience in the oil or energy sector is an advantage but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in line with call centre standards.
• Generate new business through structured outbound calling and marketing leads.
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to order placement.
• Develop, manage and retain a portfolio of small commercial customers.
• Deliver against targets for activity, conversion, volume, margin and CPL.
• Provide accurate, compliant pricing in line with pricing structures.
• Identify retention risks and re-engage customers to prevent lapse.
• Maintain accurate CRM and system updates.
