Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a highly motivated customer service agent to manage calls, orders and queries. You will prepare financial documents and advise customers on product availability and delivery schedules, while logging queries in CRM and ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient in SAP and CRM systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing and interface management.
• Provide phone support and manage customer queries.
• Prepare financial documents (credits, debits, returns).
• Advise on product availability and delivery schedules.
• Log customer queries in CRM and follow up on resolutions.
• Assist with statements and financial accounts inquiries.
• Highlight delays to team leader and strive for accuracy.
• Work proactively in line with company policies and KPIs.
