Job summary

DataAnalystJobs in Ireland is seeking a Marketing & Data Analyst to connect marketing performance, product behavior, and customer retention data. You will own reporting and tracking across acquisition channels and help ensure business decisions are based on accurate information.

You will work with GTM, GA4, Mixpanel, BigQuery, and marketing platforms to analyze funnels, CAC, ROAS, and LTV, investigate discrepancies, and continuously improve data quality across reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in marketing/data analytics or related field.
• Hands-on with Mixpanel, GA4, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience analyzing funnels, events, and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing and product analytics, tracking, and reporting across acquisition channels.
• Analyze performance across the customer journey including CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking with GTM and pixels (Meta/Google).
• Investigate discrepancies and improve data quality across systems.
• Translate data into actionable insights for marketing and product teams.
• Evaluate experiments and communicate findings to stakeholders.
