Job summary

Trinity College Dublin is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Enterprise CRM (Dynamics 365) and a cloud Data Hub as part of the DT4 data transformation project. The post holder will gather requirements, map data, document processes, provide training, and assist with testing and release management.

This is a permanent role within IT Services, 35 hours per week. The appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 salary scale (€60,185 - €70,718 per annum) in line with Government pay policy.

Qualifications

• Experience providing business analysis for enterprise CRM systems.
• Ability to gather requirements and map business processes.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing BA support for Trinity’s Enterprise CRM (Dynamics 365) and cloud Data Hub.
• Lead requirements gathering, data mapping and process documentation.
• Develop training materials and assist with testing and release management during the DT4 project.
• Contribute to BAU work within the IT Services department.
