Job summary

RTÉ is Ireland's national public-service media organisation. RTÉ's marketing team is seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Executive on a 3-year fixed term contract to drive the growth of RTÉ’s digital services.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute campaigns across email, push notifications and in-app messages, build audience segments, write copy and collaborate with content, product, tech and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a consumer facing digital environment (agency or client side).
• Proven experience executing CRM campaigns using XtremePush or a similar platform.
• Excellent copywriting skills for marketing emails and push notifications.
• Strong understanding of how copy, imagery and UX drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver CRM campaigns across multiple channels and tools.
• Build audience segments and customer journeys for personalised communications.
• Write briefs and channel-appropriate copy for emails, push notifications and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, product, technology and external suppliers.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
