Job summary

Connexus Recruit in Dublin City Centre is seeking a creative Marketing & Design Executive to join its growing marketing team. The role blends graphic design, digital marketing, content creation, events and communications, offering hands-on responsibilities across marketing materials, campaigns and brand support.

Collaboration with the Marketing Manager and wider team is essential to strengthen the firm's brand presence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a marketing, marketing communications or marketing and design role.
• Strong graphic design skills, with experience using InDesign and Canva.
• Experience producing marketing materials for both print and digital channels.
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Experience in professional services is required.
• Good understanding of social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot would be beneficial.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A proactive, creative and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics and event collateral.
• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create, schedule and manage social media content, particularly LinkedIn.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of client events and networking activities.
• Support website updates, digital content and marketing communications.
• Maintain CRM data and assist with email marketing and targeted campaigns.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies on creative projects, PR and promotional activity.
• Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Support the wider marketing team with ongoing projects and initiatives.
