Job summary

Henry’s Bistro Ltd T/A Henry’s Bistro and wine bar at Market Street, Ennis, Co. Clare is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team. You will be responsible for preparation and presentation of our menu, ensuring high standards of food hygiene, and maintaining a well-organised, efficient kitchen.

Salary: €36,606 per annum. Hours: 39 hours per week. Location: Market Street, Ennis, Co Clare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in similar capacity.
• Experience in modern and busy kitchen environment.
• Relevant culinary qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and presentation of menu items to high standards.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Ensure smooth kitchen operations, service and consistent food quality.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-efficiency.
• Keep the kitchen clean, compliant and professional.
