Job summary

Monasterboice Inn in Ireland seeks a full-time experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy Irish Restaurant, Bar and Event Space. You will ensure guests are served dishes meeting our quality and food safety standards and report to the head chef or manager on duty.

The ideal candidate is a true team player, hard working and fluent in English, with 2–3 years of experience. Starting pay is €15.00–€18.00 per hour, with room for progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Prior experience essential, ideally 2 to 3 years.
• Fluent English is preferred.
• Ireland work authorisation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes meet quality and food safety standards.
• Report to the head chef or manager on duty.
• Work with the team to keep service and station running smoothly.
