Job summary

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent and Corporate Finance experience.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate Finance and Transaction Support assignments from start to completion.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, modelling and company valuations.
• Assist clients in preparing their businesses for sale and supporting the sale process.
• Support acquisition projects, including strategic appraisal, transaction structuring and due diligence.
• Develop innovative and commercially focused solutions for clients.
• Assist with debt and equity funding projects.
• Prepare professional reports, presentations and client communications.
• Liaise directly with clients, professional advisers and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple assignments and workloads to meet deadlines.
• Provide support on business recovery, restructuring and succession planning assignments.

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join a professional advisory team in Athlone. You will work primarily across Corporate Finance and Transaction Support assignments, managing projects and working closely with the Director.

This is a varied role offering exposure to challenging assignments involving business planning, acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, business sales, succession planning and transaction support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Corporate Finance and Transaction Support assignments from start to completion.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, financial modelling and company valuations.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence dealing directly with clients.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
