Job summary

MCS Group is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join a leading accountancy practice in Dublin or Balbriggan. You will deliver corporate finance and transaction advisory services to a varied client portfolio, including financial due diligence and M&A advisory.

The role requires ACCA/ACA/CFA or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in corporate finance or related fields; hybrid working and generous holiday entitlements are on offer.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA/CFA qualified or equivalent.
• Min 5 years experience in corporate finance, transactions services, audit, advisory or investment banking.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate finance and transaction advisory services to a client portfolio.
• Perform financial due diligence and mergers & acquisitions advisory.
• Support corporate restructuring and finance modelling.
• Review reports and assist in preparing valuations and transaction documentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.

Following on from their continuing growth there are looking to add a Corporate finance manager to join their team.

The Role:

As the successful Corporate Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• providing corporate finance & transaction advisory services to a portfolio of clients duties including
• financial due dilligence
• Mergers & acquisitions advisory
• corporate restructuring
• prepare & review finance models, business valuations & tansction reports
• supervise & mentor junior members of staff

The Person:

The successful Corporate Finance Manager will meet the following criteria:

• ACCA/ACA/CFA qualified or equivalent
• at least 5 years experience in corporate finance, transactions services, audit, advisory or investment banking
• experience in assistant manager/manager role desirable
• experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
