Job summary

A leading financial consultancy in Dublin is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to oversee financial modeling, manage client relationships, and prepare valuation reports. Qualifications

Job description

The role will comprise the following responsibilities:

Managing sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments (overseeing IM and financial databook preparation, preparing target lists);

Managing the preparation of valuation reports (reviewing target research and valuation models and overseeing the writing of the report);

Managing debt and equity raisings (reviewing databooks and writing information documents);

Managing the preparation of robust and flexible financial models (including 3‑statement forecast models and sensitivity analysis);

Managing the preparation of business plans;

Liaising with clients, target, financial institutions, solicitors etc.; and

Preparation of presentations and marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will be and possess:

• A minimum of 4 year’s post qualification experience with prior experience in corporate finance;
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles (IFRS and Irish GAAP);
• Advanced skills in MS Office – Excel and Power Point; experience in use of databases such as S&P Cap IQ Pro, Mergermarket, Bloomberg etc. is advantageous;
• Fluent English, other European languages are advantageous;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise reports;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
