Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience and a strong track record across transaction execution, origination and client relationship management.
• Experience across power & utilities, including renewable or conventional generation, transmission or distribution.
• Strong business development capabilities with the ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships across sponsors, investors and other market participants.
• Excellent commercial judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead complex transactions and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination, structuring and execution of financing and advisory transactions across European infrastructure.
• Cover sectors including energy & power, transportation, digital infrastructure and PPPs.
• Develop senior relationships with infrastructure sponsors, institutional investors, developers and operators.
• Advise clients across project financing, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising.
• Work closely with international Investment Banking, DCM, ECM and Corporate Banking teams.
• Play a meaningful role in shaping the Infrastructure franchise in Dublin and its continued European growth.
