Job summary

Harper Finley Professional Recruitment seeks an experienced Corporate Finance Manager for its client advisory team in Athlone. The role focuses on Corporate Finance and Transaction Support, managing projects from initiation to completion and liaising with the Director.

You will handle business planning, acquisitions, restructurings and succession planning while delivering robust financial analysis, valuations and market-ready reports to clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with Corporate Finance experience.

Location: Athlone, Co. Westmeath

Working Hours: Full-Time, Office-Based

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join a professional advisory team in Athlone. You will work primarily across Corporate Finance and Transaction Support assignments, managing projects and working closely with the Director.

This is a varied role offering exposure to challenging assignments involving business planning, acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, business sales, succession planning and transaction support.
