Job summary

Hilti Ireland is seeking a Store Lead for our Cork store on Pouladuff Road, Cork. The role involves hands-on product demonstrations, consultative selling, stock control, and close collaboration with field sales and service teams.

You will lead a small team in a Monday–Friday retail environment, with training provided to succeed and advance within Hilti. A passion for customer service and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail team lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong operational and sales skills.
• Proficient navigating SAP, Microsoft Office, and Hilti systems.
• Curious and eager to learn with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual customer service and consultation with hands-on product demos.
• Implement marketing campaigns with support from branding teams.
• Coordinate order entry, incoming goods, repairs, inventory, and cash handling processes.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers by phone to develop relationships.
• Establish new customer relationships using strong social and service skills.
• Operate Monday–Friday store schedule with no weekend work.
