You will drive stock management, merchandising execution, and adherence to procedures while leading a team to meet ambitious targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Confident and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work to strict deadlines.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit, and develop talent for long-term business success.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by upholding service standards in-store.
• Monitor staff costs, store productivity, inventory differences, and write-offs.
• Apply and control store cleanliness, customer friendliness, and minimal queues at tills.
• Monitor stock rotation, freshness checks, and C-Date compliance.
• Adhere to company procedures and merchandising standards.
