Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an experienced store leader to drive performance across our stores. You will lead recruiting, development and day-to-day management to deliver a superior customer journey.

You will ensure customer satisfaction, uphold service standards, monitor costs, inventory and stock rotation, and ensure compliance with cleanliness and merchandising guidelines. This role requires strong communication and decisive leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit and develop talent to drive long-term store success.
• Guard customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and maintaining service standards.
• Monitor and control staff costs, store productivity, inventory variances and write-offs.
• Enforce store principles of cleanliness, customer friendliness and minimizing queues at tills.
• Oversee stock rotation, freshness checks and date controls (C-Date).
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, standards, merchandising plan and store presentation.
