Based at 101 St Patrick's Street, Cork, this role focuses on succession planning, staff development, and loss prevention to ensure a high-performing store that reflects the Urban culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in fast-paced fashion retail environment.
• Proven track record developing talent at Department Manager level.
• Ability to improve sales, payroll and stock loss metrics.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a large team and driving performance.
• Recruit, train and develop managers to grow the business.
• Assist with succession planning for future growth.
• Manage performance development, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold company standards and be a positive role model.
• Roll out new training and operational initiatives.
• Ensure excellent communication in daily meetings and team updates.
• Drive customer service excellence and store standards.
• Oversee stock, loss prevention and merchandising processes.
