Job summary

Lidl Ireland in Cork is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, lead a high-performing team and drive KPI targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants should have Leaving Certificate or equivalent, at least 2 years of management experience, and a valid driving licence. Salary ranges from €51,000 to €60,000 after 3 years, with 20–25 days holiday, pension, private medical insurance and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably prior Assistant Store Manager experience, but not essential with the right attitude.

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations.

• Manage, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Maintain excellent shop floor presentation.
