Job summary

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification in business, supply chain or marketing.
• Experience in customer service, account relationship and order management.
• Strong problem solving and verbal skills to communicate with all levels.
• High-level proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage product knowledge and match customer requirements with site standards.
• Maintain open communication with customers to understand needs and requirements.
• Process orders on a timely basis using various systems and applications.
• Track orders and initiate changes to ensure on-time delivery.
