DP World in Limerick is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a dynamic support function within a global logistics environment. You will oversee all aspects of customer service operations, ensure coordination of logistics activities and deliver best-in-class support to our key clients.

You will manage a team of customer service representatives, resolve complex queries, support billing activities, and drive performance through KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in customer service with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a logistics environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the customer service team to handle high volumes of queries, escalations, and service reports.
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery issues, coordinating with warehouse teams and third-party carriers.
• Oversee full order management process with focus on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer accounts and understand their operational needs.
• Identify and report system or operational issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and customer teams.
• Ensure timely completion of customer and carrier performance reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Drive continuous improvement through BPI and align team efforts with goals.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities under the PMP framework.
