Careeriser-Limited in Cork seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee the full building lifecycle on a live project for a Main Contractor. You will lead the on-site team, manage trades, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence from site setup to delivery.

The role offers progression to Site Manager, with a focus on driving seamless execution and strong collaboration with design and commercial teams to achieve on-time completion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct site supervision experience with a Main Contractor.
• Experience overseeing full site lifecycle and managing trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end site operations, coordinating daily activities, material logistics, subcontractor performance, and budget adherence to deliver projects on time.
• Proficient in interpreting complex drawings, structural specs, and reports, proactively solving on-site challenges and preventing delays.
• Lead site safety initiatives, ensure compliance with regulations and environmental standards, maintain high-quality site operations.
• Communicate with design and commercial teams, manage stakeholders, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full building project lifecycle from site setup to final delivery while maintaining strict control over safety, quality, schedule, and budget. In this role, you will oversee all trades on site to ensure seamless execution across all phases of construction.

• Project Lifecycle & Site Leadership: Oversee end-to-end site operations, coordinating daily activities, material logistics, subcontractor performance, and budget adherence to deliver projects on time.

• Technical & Operational Expertise: Proficient in interpreting complex drawings, structural specs, and reports, using a proactive approach to solve on-site challenges and prevent project delays.

• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Lead site safety initiatives, ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations and environmental standards, and maintain clean, high-quality site operations.

• Stakeholder Management & Drive: Strong, proactive communicator equipped to collaborate effectively with design and commercial teams, manage stakeholders, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
