Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a Site Manager to oversee construction sites in County Dublin from commencement to completion. You will plan, coordinate and supervise site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget and project specs.

You will read drawings, conduct site inspections, enforce safety standards and environmental requirements, and liaise with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Full, valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of construction sites from start to finish.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve delays.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections for quality and compliance.
• Enforce health and safety legislation and site procedures.
• Prepare site records, progress reports, and diaries.
• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials, plant, equipment.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities.
• Support handovers and complete snagging.
