Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Site Engineer or similar in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with project specs and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and labor to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor progress and prepare reports on project status, safety, and quality.
• Identify issues or delays and develop proactive solutions.
• Conduct site inspections and audits for health and safety compliance.
• Participate in project meetings and relay updates to the team.
• Maintain records of site activity and project reporting.
