Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking skilled Construction Managers to join our growing team in Ireland. You will oversee multiple projects, coordinate with clients, architects and engineers, and lead on-site teams to deliver on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

You will develop project plans, supervise subcontractors, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage procurement and reporting, and drive continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction project from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors to address project needs and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain reports on project status, including budgets, schedules, and resource utilization.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating contracts as necessary.
• Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner and in compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
