Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations in Ireland. The role focuses on leading site operatives, coordinating subcontractors, and supporting the Site Manager in delivering the programme.

You will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality works on site. Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership, practical knowledge of construction site operations, and a solid understanding of drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong practical knowledge of construction site operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate site operatives.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of health and safety practices on site.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
