Qualifications

• Must have strong site management experience on residential and infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations from mobilisation through to project completion.
• Ensure delivery in line with project programmes and milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers; monitor productivity and costs.
• Attend and lead site progress meetings; report risks and delays to management.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Support quality control, inspections and close-out activities.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants and authorities.
