• Minimum 5–10 years in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and site practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
