Job summary

Shape Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Munster-based residential development project from inception to completion. You will oversee the on-site team, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within time and budget while upholding EHS standards.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in site management or project management on residential schemes in Ireland or the UK, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing Residential Construction projects.
• Take pride in what you do.

• Previous experience Project Managing Construction Projects in Ireland or UK.
• Trades background or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as Site Manager or PM.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Proven track record in delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines.
• Project Management qualifications (PMP, Degree, Etc.) would be great.

My Client are a Munster-based Residential Developer. They have reputation for building quality, A-Rated homes across the country and have plans achieved for 400no.+ units in Killarney. The housing and duplexes will be built across 3no. sites and is expected to take 5 years. They also have the option to purchase more land in the not-too-distant future which could see up to 7 years of work required in Killarney. As Project Manager, you’d be reporting in to Regional Manager for Kerry who is very experience and is as sound as they come! You’ll have support from a Site Manager and Engineer and also a Munster-based Senior QS on the team.
