Job summary

Synergy Security Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Vehicle Fleet Coordinator for our Mayfield, Cork branch. This onsite role focuses on coordinating deployed mobile vehicles, monitoring maintenance, ensuring compliance, and supporting branch management.

Requirements include a full clean driving licence and a valid work permit/visa if applicable, along with basic IT skills. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within a diverse logistics environment.

Qualifications

Basic IT skills required for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate deployed mobile vehicles across shifts.
Monitor vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
Ensure vehicle compliance with regulations.
Coordinate vehicle fleet leases and renewals.
Conduct quality checks on mobile operations procedures.
Ensure vehicles have appropriate equipment and documentation.
Support branch management in daily operations.
