Job summary

PGIM Ireland, part of Prudential's PGIM, seeks a Manager, Payroll and Benefits at Letterkenny with hybrid work. This role focuses on managing and improving EMEA payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless employee experience across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in EMEA payroll, strong Ireland payroll knowledge, and proficiency with payroll systems like Workday or ADP. A finance/HR degree and excellent Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years in an EMEA payroll processing role.
• Advanced Irish payroll and benefit knowledge and processing experience.
• Experience with global payroll schemes in regulated financial services companies.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel, for data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and validate EMEA payroll and benefits schemes.
• Standardize processes and document best practices for cyclical payroll tasks.
• Escalate payroll concerns to the Manager, Payroll and Benefits.
• Identify and mitigate payroll-related risks.
• Stay up to date with Ireland/EMEA payroll regulations and practices.
• Manage shadow payrolls for cross-border and remote work.
• Coordinate new country/entity setups and benefit rollouts.
• Assist in EMEA year-end tasks and benefit renewals.
• Allocate benefit invoices across country business groups.
