Responsibilities

• Support and empower individuals to develop independent living skills per person-centred plans.
• Work with Team Leaders to implement individual and group support programmes.
• Promote a safe living environment and resolve conflicts using appropriate techniques.
• Ensure medication is stored and administered according to policy where necessary.
• Complete administrative tasks and logging according to reporting guidelines.
• Follow health and safety policies and attend related training.
