Job summary

Praxis Care is seeking Support Workers across Ireland, including Dublin, to join a dedicated team delivering person-centred care and empowering independence for service users.

You will work with Team Leaders to implement individual support plans, assist with personal care and daily living skills, and ensure a safe, respectful environment in line with policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Experience working in health and social care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support and empower individuals to develop independent living skills per person-centred plans.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to implement individual and group support programmes.
• Contribute to a safe living and working environment and manage conflicts effectively.
• Assist with medication storage and administration per policy where required.
• Attend training and follow service policies and procedures.
