Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is seeking compassionate Health Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes in Enfield and surrounding areas. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules, induction and ongoing development.

Join our experienced local team to provide person-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain independence with dignity and respect. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for recognition and career progression.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 modules in Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• People Moving and Handling training not required at application; training provided.
• International Police Clearance may be required where applicable.
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and practical care per each client’s care plan.
• Support independence and activity within the client’s community.
• Assist with daily living activities including meals and light housework.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Treat clients with dignity, privacy and respect.
• Report concerns or changes in a client’s condition to management.
• Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of care.
