Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is seeking compassionate Health Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Bettystown, Laytown and Mornington. We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexible hours and comprehensive induction and training.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 modules required or currently studying: Care Skills, Care of the Older Person.
• Training can be provided for required certificates, including People Moving and Handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and practical care in line with each client’s individual care plan.
• Support clients to maintain independence and stay active in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal prep and light duties.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Report concerns or changes in a client’s condition to management.
• Follow company procedures and maintain high standards of care.
