Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is seeking Health Care Assistants to support clients across Dublin North in Clontarf, Drumcondra and Santry. Roles available at full-time and part-time with competitive pay and flexible arrangements.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, promoting client independence, and delivering high-quality personal care while maintaining dignity and privacy. Induction and ongoing training are provided to support professional development.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills; Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available if required).
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable for community-based role.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Supporting client independence and social engagement.
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures.
