Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is hiring Health Care Assistants to support clients in Cabra, Phibsborough and Stoneybatter. Roles are available on a full-time and part-time basis, with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

You will provide personal and practical care, support independence, and help with daily living activities while upholding dignity and respect for clients. Training and induction are provided, with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available if required).
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable due to community-based role.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans
• Supporting client independence and social engagement
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures
