Job summary

Right at Home Ireland is actively recruiting Health Care Assistants to support clients in Artane, Beaumont and Raheny. Flexible full-time and part-time roles offer community-based care with paid induction and ongoing development opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have two QQI Level 5 modules (Care Skills, Care of the Older Person), a valid Moving & Handling certificate, and a full driving licence with transport access. Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available).
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable for community-based role.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal and practical care in accordance with individual care plans.
• Supporting client independence and social engagement
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and light household duties.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect at all times
• Reporting concerns, incidents, or changes in condition to management in line with company procedures
