Right at Home Ireland is recruiting Health Care Assistants to support clients in Kilbarrack, Clongriffin and Baldoyle. Roles include both full-time and part-time positions in a community-based setting, providing personal and practical care per care plans and supporting client independence.

The role requires compassion, patience and reliable communication with clients and teams. Driving licence and transport are desirable; eligibility to work in Ireland is a must.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills; Care of the Older Person.
• Valid Patient Moving & Handling certificate (training available).
• International Police Clearance, where applicable.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport desirable due to community-based role.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsabilidades

• Providing personal and practical care per individual care plans.
• Supporting client independence and social engagement.
• Assisting with daily living activities including personal care, meals, and light housework.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy and respect at all times.
• Reporting concerns or changes to management per procedures.
