On behalf of our client, a well-established name in the funds industry, we are seeking an experienced Company Secretary to join their busy Department. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of company secretarial services for a diverse portfolio of regulated entities within a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving as the lead company secretarial point of contact for a broad portfolio of clients, including Irish companies and Central Bank of Ireland (CBI)-regulated entities;
- Attending board and committee meetings and preparing accurate, polished minutes within tight turnaround times;
- Overseeing annual compliance and making sure client companies meet their statutory filing requirements, including beneficial ownership and annual return filings;
- Keeping statutory registers and books up to date, and handling a large volume of client files with accuracy and efficiency;
- Guiding and supporting junior team members while working closely with colleagues across the practice; and
- Providing consistently excellent client service and developing strong, lasting client relationships.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years' relevant experience in a company secretarial position;
- Strong data management skills, including prior experience with entity management software;
- ICSA (Chartered Governance Institute) qualification is an advantage but not a requirement;
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of ownership over deliverables;

- A confident, proactive professional who takes genuine pride and enjoyment in their work.
