Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a proactive Commercial Administrative Team member in Ireland to support the rollout of the LDR system initiative. You will work with the commercial team to facilitate implementation, perform dual data and system maintenance, and ensure smooth adoption with accurate data across legacy and new systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience with SAP or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Ability to analyse large volumes of financial and non-financial data and communicate results clearly.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial Team with the rollout of the LDR system and ensure smooth adoption.
• Perform dual data and system maintenance during transition periods.
• Input, review and validate product, pricing and commercial data across legacy and new systems.
• Provide user support and assist in training materials for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain clear documentation of system changes, processes and inputs for audit trails.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations and other internal teams to support system deployment.
