Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a proactive, driven candidate to join the Commercial Administrative Team in Ireland, supporting the rollout of the LDR system initiative. You will work closely with the commercial team to facilitate implementation, including dual maintenance during the transition, ensuring smooth adoption and strong stakeholder support.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Ability to analyse high volumes of financial and non-financial data and communicate results clearly.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of the LDR system and ensure smooth adoption.
• Manage dual data and system maintenance during transition.
• Input, review, and validate product, pricing, and commercial data.
• Monitor system behavior and escalate issues.
• Provide user support and assist in training materials.
• Document system changes and processes for audits.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to deploy the system.
• Generate status updates and data summaries for decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements of system workflows.
