Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a proactive Commercial Administrative Team member to support the rollout of the LDR system. You will work with the commercial team to enable smooth adoption, maintain dual data during transition, and ensure accurate, auditable data across legacy and new systems.

The role involves data entry, issue escalation, and collaboration with IT and operations to drive system deployment and ongoing improvements within a dynamic, commercially focused environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse a high volume of data and communicate results clearly.
• Experience with SAP or similar systems.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support system implementation and adoption across the commercial team.
• Perform dual data and system maintenance during transition.
• Enter, review and validate product, pricing and commercial data.
• Identify issues and escalate to relevant teams.
• Provide user support and assist in training materials.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to deploy system.
• Generate status updates and data summaries.
• Suggest process improvements.
