Job summary

Uniphar is seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive on a 12 month contract to support the transition to a new ERP system. You will handle daily queries from Allphar's principal and customers, generate reports from two ERP systems and help produce KPI reports.

The role requires knowledge of the Irish healthcare system, strong Excel and Word skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Management in a business role.
• Advanced PC skills in Excel and Word.
• Strong communication, presentation, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting requirements during ERP transition for Allphar Services.
• Assist Key Account Management with strategic IT projects for principals.
• Manipulate and present data from multiple sources for commercial use.
• Cleansing, interrogating and calibrating data from internal and external sources.
• Collaborate with functions to gather data and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate reporting, pricing and operational metrics across multinational clients.
• Deliver principal KPI sets to drive market-leading reporting and stock capabilities.
• Manage IT interface and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
